Digital content terms
Last updated:
License, not ownership
When you purchase digital content on BEYAN, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access it on our platform (and supported apps) for the period and scope we describe. You do not own the underlying files.
Recorded courses
You may stream or access lessons as enabled in the product. Downloading full original lesson files is only allowed if we explicitly provide a download button or document.
Books and PDF-based products
Books may be provided through a protected reader. Original PDFs or high-resolution print files are not distributed to students unless we state otherwise. You may not use tools to reconstruct the full book from screen captures in a systematic way.
No sharing accounts
Credentials and purchased access are for you alone unless we sell a team or classroom license that says otherwise.
No redistribution
Do not upload our materials to other sites, resell them, or share links that bypass access controls.
Technical protection
We may use reasonable technical measures to protect content. Circumventing those measures breaks these terms and may lead to account action.
Changes to formats
We may update players, apps, or formats for compatibility. We will try not to remove your access without a good reason.
These pages are clear operating rules for the BEYAN platform. They are not legal advice. Seek professional advice if you need it for your situation.
