Refund and cancellation policy

Overview
This page explains our practical rules for cancellations and refunds. Exact offers can vary by product. Always check the description at purchase. If something is unclear, contact support before buying.
Recorded courses
If you have not accessed substantial course content, we may offer a refund within a short window stated at checkout. After you have started or completed a large portion, refunds are usually not available unless required by the payment provider or a specific promotion.
Live one-to-one lessons
You can usually reschedule within the rules shown in the booking flow. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may count as a used lesson. Refunds depend on the package you bought and how much was already delivered.
Group courses
Group courses start on a schedule. If you cancel before the published cutoff, you may receive credit or a partial refund as described on the product page. After sessions begin, refunds are generally limited.
Lesson packages
Private one-to-one lesson balances with a tutor do not expire while unused remaining lessons stay on your wallet. Cancelling a subscription stops renewal reminders but keeps remaining lessons. Transfer between student accounts is not allowed unless we approve it in writing.
Digital books and content
Once digital content is unlocked and delivery has started, refunds are usually not available, similar to other digital goods platforms. If a technical fault on our side prevents access entirely, contact support and we will fix access or offer a fair remedy.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails, no access is granted until it succeeds. If you believe you were charged twice, send us proof through support. We will work with the payment provider to correct it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before starting a chargeback. Chargebacks can lead to suspension while we review the case.
How to request help
Use the Contact page or footer details. Include your account email, product name, and payment reference if you have one.
