Terms of use

Accepting these terms and who we are
By using BEYAN you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and the related documents in the legal center. “BEYAN” means the operator of the online learning platform. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform. We may update these terms and will post changes here.
Platform rules and mandatory local rights
These terms govern your relationship with the BEYAN operator for use of the platform. They do not choose one country’s law as the exclusive governing law of the contract. If mandatory consumer or data-protection rules apply in your country of residence, those rules apply where required and are not reduced by these terms.
Eligibility
Accounts and payments are for people who can enter a valid digital service agreement. If a learner is under the age of majority in their country, registration and use must be supervised by a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
What BEYAN offers
BEYAN provides online education tools, including recorded courses, live one-to-one lessons, group courses, digital books and similar content, student and teacher accounts, and admin tools. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your password or sell access to your account.
Student responsibilities
Students agree to attend booked sessions on time when possible, treat teachers and peers respectfully, follow teacher guidance for live lessons, and use purchased content only for personal learning unless we say otherwise. Operational refund and scheduling details are in the refund policy.
Teacher responsibilities (summary)
Teachers agree to keep profile information truthful, deliver sessions professionally, communicate respectfully, honor scheduling and cancellation expectations, and follow the separate teacher terms page.
Course and content access
Access to paid content is granted after successful payment or as described on the product page. Access may be limited in time or scope depending on the product. Technical requirements (browser, internet) are your responsibility.
Live lessons
Live lessons rely on scheduling tools and fair use by both sides. Rescheduling, no-shows, and credits may follow the refund and cancellation policy. Recording or redistributing live sessions without permission is not allowed.
Digital books and protected content
Some books are shown in a protected reader. You may not attempt to extract original files, bypass protections, or share access. More detail is in the digital content terms.
Payments and access
Web payments may be processed through authorized payment providers under their checkout rules. Prices are shown at checkout. When a payment succeeds, we grant access according to the product you bought. Failed or duplicate payments are handled as described in the refund policy.
Prohibited behavior
You may not harass others, cheat, commit fraud, scrape or attack the platform, upload malware, misuse messaging, infringe intellectual property, or break applicable law. See also the acceptable use policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You may stop using BEYAN at any time. Some obligations survive closure (for example payment of amounts owed or respect for intellectual property).
Intellectual property
BEYAN branding, platform software, and content we create belong to us or our partners. You receive a limited personal license to use purchased materials. You may not copy, resell, or publicly rebroadcast our content without permission.
Limitation of platform responsibility
We work hard to keep BEYAN reliable but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Learning results depend on your effort. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the platform. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights you may have.
Resolving disagreements
Please contact support or the Contact page first so we can try to resolve any disagreement in good faith with a practical, fair outcome.
