Joining and platform relationship
Teachers may apply or be invited. By using teaching tools you agree to these terms and the general terms of use. We can approve, pause, or remove teaching access to keep quality and safety. These are international platform operating rules, not a local employment contract under one specific country.
Accurate profiles
Keep your profile, qualifications, and availability truthful. Do not impersonate others.
Lesson delivery
Start and end lessons on time, prepare adequately, and use professional conduct. Follow BEYAN scheduling tools for bookings and changes.
Communication
Communicate respectfully with students and staff. Do not send spam, harassment, or unrelated marketing.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancel only when necessary and as early as fair. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your standing on the platform. When a student cancels within 12 hours of the lesson start, the lesson credit is not refunded and you still receive your share of the lesson fee (after platform commission).
Content you upload
You confirm you have rights to materials you share. You grant BEYAN the license needed to host and display those materials to students inside the product.
Off-platform payments and contact
Unless BEYAN explicitly allows it for a program, do not ask students to pay you outside the platform to avoid fees, and do not solicit personal contact for commercial gain in ways that undermine safety.
Student data and confidentiality
Do not share students’ personal data with third parties or use it outside the platform. Protect learner privacy under the privacy policy and acceptable use rules.
Suspension
We may suspend teaching access for violations, investigations, or risk to learners. Serious breaches can lead to permanent removal.
Earnings and payouts
Lesson earnings are settled after the student confirms the lesson or automatically when the student joined the lesson room and 15 minutes have passed from the scheduled start. Platform fee starts at 40% and decreases to 36% after 50 settled lessons, 33% after 100, and 30% after 150 (then fixed). Balances display primarily in USD with TRY and EUR breakdowns. You may request payout twice per month; payout currency and method are agreed with BEYAN admin. International IBAN accounts are supported.
